Spirit of Vengeance Ghost Rider design has to be my favorite. I just love how he has a void in his eyes instead of those red flaming dots and how his skull actually looks like it's burned because of the black-ish color. Also the bike looks pretty realistic (for a bike made of fire) and his burnt jacket is as well amazing. I'm not even mentioning the flame cgi.

Some people misunderstand how the penance stare works. The penance stare takes and uses all the pain a sinner inflicted on others(No matter how small it is) and turns it against them destroying their soul, and then devours it. as long as the one on the other end feels remorse or has a soul So people like Thanos or The Punisher who feels no remorse or a person who has divine protection cannot be harmed by the penance stare. How ever; the penance stare is not the only way he can kill you. as long as you have a soul he can still burn it with hellfire. Unless they don't have a soul to burn(So yeah the penance stare doesn't always work. for example; someone another ghost rider tried using it on johnny blaze, but it didn't work cause he ain't the penitent type. so yeah the penance stare may be the ghost riders greatest weapon. But it don't always work. if the target feels nothing for their actions. How ever. if the sinner still has a soul it can still be burned by other means other than the penance stare.
