In regards to the Predators contingency plans for losing/failing, in Predator Concrete Jungle the game "Scarface" (the predator) has his ship linked to his gauntlet for self destruction. Funny enough he survives the explosion and gets exiled for 100 years on another hostile alien planet before being picked back up to clean up his mess on earth lol, with humanity having reversed engineered Predator tech. In terms of AvP requiem not the biggest fan however Wolf acting as the cleanup crew so shit like that won't happen will always be cool

Maybe it’s because I have lot more comic knowledge from the internet rather than reading the actual comics, (I don’t think I’ve read any Black Panther, maybe a few things) but I liked Predator vs Black Panther! I wasn’t fond of how it ended, felt very abrupt, hoping for a continuation, and I could see arguments for some things being done better, but I still liked it!

For Superman vs Predator I think you could do an awesome Fortress of Solitude fight where the Predator gets access to Kryptonian tech weapons or weapons of Supes Rogues and Superman struggles because he doesn't want to kill the Predator and is de- powered when the Predator gets a hold of a Kryptonite weapon and struggles then you either have Superman send the Predator to the Phantom Zone and accidentally gets pulled in as well and they fight it out there. Or have Superman end the fight by unleashing the Black Mercy on the Predator.

Re: the predator vs. marvel - Daredevil was my immediate thought as well. That's obviously the most cool and interesting. I'd also like Predator vs. Heroes for Hire, because a predator finding these random bastards with no weapons who are just... stupid hard to kill who showed up on their hunting grounds because they'd been hired to get someone out. The predator could view them as fellow hunters for the same prey. Iron man could be interesting, depending on the iteration - a normal man with a tech brain building his advantages vs. the unstoppable hunter. Tony alone, no back-up, only what he can scavenge, against an unstoppable force that stalks him through his home, or the mountains where he went skiing, or something similar. The Punisher would just kind of be the first movie again, but it might be interesting to drag Frank back into the war? He might have a lot of respect for the Predator by the end, being of the same kind. "This is my murder pet, Frank. He is not very bright, but he is very angry and blood-thirsty, so I keep him around." I think the worst idea might be X-men vs. Predator? Like, I can see how it might be done in an interesting, cool way, leaning in to some mutant guerilla warfare for a bunch of young wierdoes vs. a perfect hunter, or even some Savage Lands stuff but... I know they wouldn't. No wait... Would the Fantastic Four be worse? They might be worse.

Spider-Man on paper should clean house against a Predator. But seeing as how Peter is always holding his punches to not knock someone’s head off cause of his strength and narratively wouldn’t treat it as different as he would any other super-powered crazy at first, there can definitely be a story where he goes up against one that doesn’t just last a few pages.

The original Jungle Hunter was (presumably) doing some recreational hunting, and he’d been doing so in the same area for years^, hence Anna’s story. ^I always assumed it was different predators visiting the same area, but I guess it makes more sense for it to be the same predator. And there’s apparently nothing saying it wasn’t always him The City Hunter (apparently this is from one of toys, so take it with a grain of salt, but from 2021, so maybe not too much salt) was newly Blooded and undergoing his first off world hunt. The Lost Tribe that he was part of didn’t just remain on the ship, they spread out over the globe undergoing their own hunts. The Elder assigned the City Hunter to LA because the the conflict would provide a challenge 1:27:12 That’s actually implied to happen in Predator 2! He pops out the blades, then we get a guy in the infrared and it zooms in at his face!

I want to see Deadpool Vs Predator where the Predator kills Wade, cuts off his head, and is polishing his skull when the skull opens its eyes and starts biting the predator. Like a comedy-horror from the Predator's POV where Deadpool's severed limbs keep growing into new Deadpools. In the end the Predator just leaves after too many Deadpool hijinx, and warns other Yaut'ja against ever going to Earth because the planet is messed up.

It’s like in mass effect 2 how everybody loves to focus on the krogan warlords and blood pack members, but at the end of the day those guys wouldn’t be able to do anything without the krogan mechanics and shamans (who you can meet).
