Ironically, the Thor of Norse myth is probably better conceptualized as the god of hammers. He's a smith and craftsman of the gods. Yeah, he's super jacked and does heroic stuff but that's because he spends all day smashing a giant hammer onto an anvil fit for the gods. He is the only one who can lift Mjolnir because he's the only one swol enough to.

The mangog is absolutely insane, it's a shame we probably will never get a story eg. the dweller in darkness story, where it destroys a universe, except maybe in the mcu, if we lean into the more magic side of marvel, with doctor strange 2, and a potential scarlet witch solo film in the vein of wanda vision. it actually reminds me a lot of my relationship with my own father, we've grown closer in recent years, but he's never said I'm proud of you son or anything like that, it's always been passive aggressive, as if i was never good enough for him. I've grown to respect him, but it came at the cost, of fear and hatred being all i felt towards him for the longest time, and i felt like he was beyond reproach in that regard, but everyone makes mistakes, i just need to learn to accept that, and hope things will get better for us all.

Comics Explained, I REALLY Liked your Maestro videos, expecially the recent one with Maestro vs Dr. Doom, how you explained how Dr. Doom from The Future Imperfect Universe was The Dr. Doom in the story, but I also REALLY, REALLY Liked the way that you talked about Maestro having military tactics, and or a tactical mindset, which makes sense, like in the Comics when The Army with General Thunderbolt Ross was hunting down The Hulk, and The 2008 Incredible Hulk Movie for instance, where Bruce Banner was evading the troops in Brazil, and I'm just using The 2008 Incredible Hulk Movie as a reference, but it goes to show, like Bruce Banner *EVADES* The U.S. Army, to evade people like THAT who have A LOT of resources Banner WOULD HAVE HAD to Learn How they operate, he WOULD HAVE HAD to learn how they think, like what they would plan and things like that, as well as how they would go about their plans, and he figures out how much time he has, calculating an opening, or a time frame to work with, where they want him to go, like if it's a trap or something like that, what would they use, where would they be, how many are there, and things like that in order to evade them. So, yes, Bruce Banner SHOULD HAVE picked up A LOT alone The Way, like you said, and I'm happy that you brought that up, because honestly I didn't even think about that stuff. Personally, I think Thor let her go free. As he probably felt a little bad for her. The goddess that was once the beautiful, yet a natural destructive force of the universe, was trapped for eons in the hammer, she was at the mercy of Odin, and then became corrupted by Mangog. And having her be freed does give writers room to create a story about Tempest being out there. Rather than being dead. But ultimately it’s up to Donny Cates or future writers on where they want the story to go. Only time will tell 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not really. What happened was Thor used up all the cosmic energy that he had to kill Galactus. Thor absorbed all the cosmic from Galactus and then in return let out all that cosmic energy to kill Galactus. Which explains why you don't see Thor use the power cosmic anymore because he spent it on killing Galactus.

My guess is the Odin force and his soul is too different things. The Odin force is the magical power that’s in Odin and his brothers because there mystical beings and I would say everyone in marvel has a soul so it might be Odin’s soul or spirit that’s in side the hammer 🔨 and Thor has the magical powers that we call ( the Odin force) inside of him. But they did just change everything for the hammer!! I think they may have put them self in a corner 🤔🤷‍♂️ maybe??! But I love the story

It's interesting. My take would be Thor's possession of the Odinforce now lives in the hammer through Odin symbolising that Mjolnir is a part of the embodiment of Thor and thus maintains the father/son relationship. This will make room while they explore the deeper cosmic entities that incorporate his being through Gaea and the Pheonix Force and trying to make sense of that. It feels like this character is finally being written in the way he was meant to be.
