@mastermirror84208 жыл бұрын
fromeggman Lol trust me when i tell you that you ain't seen anything if you haven't read "Heart of the monster".That's literally where hulk reaches the peak of his power by faaaar. Screwattack is full of dumb dc fangirls who don't know shit about deathbattles.
@fromeggman8 жыл бұрын
Master Mirror yeah I mean they said it takes time for world breaker hulk to come out. instead of it being the norm for him now. that since Zeus took him in a fight when world breaker wasn't fighting to win. I mean world breaker has no upper limit he can more or less keep killing him, maybe destroy all of his cells. that and world breaker is smart as fuck I mean he outwitted DOCTOR MOTHERFUCKING STRANGE. one of the smartest dudes in marvel. they made him out to be akin to incredible or savage hulk.
@millerrepin44528 жыл бұрын
To be fair the death battle was between WB Hulk and fucking doomsday who is practically immune to punches and fights superman who has strength equal to or higher to WB Hulk. And is faster so I wouldn't say they fucked up the fight.
@fromeggman8 жыл бұрын
miller repin not necessarily immune to punches. he gains resistance to the potency of said cause of death. it's why after sups killed him with a beat down, other kryptonions who are lesser than sups could beat him to death. he died to the same thing twice. as for speed well, speedsters are more common in D.C. than marvel. that said doomsday takes a while to comeback to life. while I don't know if he has survived this, but World Breaker would realize doomsday can and will come back. who is to say world breaker wouldn't chuck him into a black hole. I do know doomsday has survived getting tossed into a star but I doubt he could survive having his matter ripped apart.
@millerrepin44528 жыл бұрын
fromeggman Doomsday could comeback from a black hole as well and if WB Hulk kills doomsday by beating him to death then he would just come back. There is nothing Hulk can do to kill doomsday permanently but doomsday can come back immune to what killed him or gain a new superpower mid-fight that can help him defeat the hulk. Also the time it takes for doomsday to come back alive can take hours to years.

I love this storyline so much, but it's so heartbreaking when you realize Bruce / Hulk becomes the thing he hates the most, his father. It's unfortunate that Hulk has been written into a corner so to speak, as he can pretty much beat anyone if angry enough. Makes worthy stories for him hard to come by, however this is why from Planet Hulk to this was such a amazing story.

I like this intelligent Hulk. Opens the door for Bruce to properly accept The Hulk and come to terms with his past. Of course Bruce would still have anger issues and lose control if he's pushed too far, but I still prefer him with both the strength and intelligence rather than being a rampaging monster.
@NelsonStJames8 жыл бұрын
I think they've pretty much exhausted all the stories you can do with a rampaging monster; however world breaker Hulk is like early Superman, he's so powerful to the point that there isn't any real competition for him.
@TheTsugnawmi20108 жыл бұрын
You can write stories about strong characters no problem. Look at Thor and The Sentry. World Breaker's stories can be about self control, inner demons and self-realisation, reconciliation etc. with the occasional "Hulk Smash!" moments here and there.

this was an awesome ride, Hulk has always been a bad ass to me, because of his mental issues and how they manifested into different version of the characters. also the brain vs bran concept is a pretty cool plot for a story arc well done, you really brought this story to life.

It's stuff like this that makes Hulk my favorite superhero of all time. Because people in general think that there is not really any depth to him as all they really know is that he is a strong "monster' that destroys stuff. But whenever (in my case for example) I explain about the whole dualism about hulk and banner, the concepts it took from Jeckyll and Hyde and monster of Frankenstein, people are always surprised how complex and deep the character can be.

I’m at work with tears in my eyes and i had to take a break. The conclusion of Worldbreaker Hulk that stopped hitting his son, even if his son started it, to come to the realization that he’s repeating (in essence) the violence cycle his father put him through was just too much for me. I know I’m commenting on an old video but I needed to express that.
@polpogiovanna65458 жыл бұрын
I know he was really angry but he wasn't necessarily in his world breaker mode.
@polpogiovanna65458 жыл бұрын
History of Video Games I didn't say he was stupid. I meant he wasn't as strong as he was the first time he transformed into WBH
@Rob-uj5qc8 жыл бұрын
agasint skarr yeah the was wbh but agasint red hulk? That was a much weaker wbh as he was extremely calm and collected
@jeremiahstokes37528 жыл бұрын
I don't know too much about comics but the stronger the Hulk is the stronger he gets. So that's probably why he seemed stronger before. But it was stated that he absorbed all of the previous gamma radiation so he should be just as strong.
@polpogiovanna65458 жыл бұрын
Jeremiah Stokes not to be mean but it's obvious that he wasn't hardly as strong as he was before. he shifted the planet with footsteps the first time he transformed. so he probably was able to suppress it because he wasn't as angry.

I think the sentiment is less so that Skaar is challenging him and so it undercuts the father/son dynamic, more so that he's challenging him because he's the only one who really can, showing that he is his father's son. He comes to the realization through the battle that his father is a more complex person than the stories and legends he was told about him, and he tries, but fails to reach that core of understanding. On the flip side, Hulk is just lashing out at his father's spirit like always, but now he's fighting someone who can force him to realize that he isn't just trying to fight off his father, but he is becoming his father by lashing out at his son. So, he comes to the conclusion that despite all his anger, pain and fury, the last he wants to do with all that is what his father did to him, which is why we can think of him as a hero despite his volatility. He tries to direct his pain and anger into something for good rather than pure hatred.
@darthlazurus43828 жыл бұрын
World Breaker Hulk is part of the reason I was insanely pissed at the Death of Bruce Banner. The Dogs of War storyline made it clear that there are nearly unlimited Hulks inside of Banner, with three (Savage, Joe Fixit and Professor Hulk) being the main ones. An interesting idea of those three was that they each represented a different version of Banner. Savage was the Child. His parents left him alone a lot, so he'd spitefully think "Fine! Go! I don't need you!" while secretly begging them to come back. Joe Fixit was the teenager. Driven by childish lust and ethics, but still needing and beholden to an authority figure (His boss from the Casino he worked at). Professor Hulk was interesting. He thought he was Bruce Banner but the truth is he is an idealised version of Bruce that Doctor Samson created. He's who Bruce wishes he could be. I love World Breaker as he seemed like near symbiosis of Hulk and Banner. The almost perfect blend. Hulk is Banner. Not his demon or curse. His ending should have been him truly coming to peace with Hulk. Instead they dumped him like trash.
@Hulkzilla05 жыл бұрын
Ah, yes, Dogs of War was an excellent story and expanded on the Hulk lore. I especially loved the idea of Devil Hulk, who was the manifestation of Bruce Banner's HATRED, and the one personality that Bruce actively keeps chained up. Also, General Ryker was a fantastic villain. And I'm sad that the gamma soldier Flux was killed off in World War Hulk tie-in.
