This is something that is the least likeable but most probable outcome...no need to get much hyped about DCU...not yet..the trailer was good, but the story will be dumb and you will know it after you see it. General Zod is again coming back only to loose to a little girl who was locked up for the most part of her life, an old and boring Batman, and two Ezla Miller's who will act like babies throughout...the only good thing that I can think of about this is - it will be rebooting the whole universe of DC and I hope in the post credit scene they show some glimpses of it.

I remember when I saw Flashpoint: Paradox and man that movie is awesome. And one of the reason is that Barry doesn't know he changed the timeline. He blamed Thawne and even his ring had yellow suit. The end confrontation where Thawne said "It wasn't me. It was you Barry" hits so hard. Then there is Batman who gets the letter from his Dad. I would be slightly disappointed if Keaton played Bruce Wayne because it will be missed opportunity. And personally as much I would love Henry Cavill to play a skinny Superman, Supergirl in this movie makes sense. So, barry alters timeline, Superman's pod never lands Earth. Supergirl who leaves after Clark gets to Earth first but instead of landing at Smallville, she lands in Russia where they capture her. She won't get the sun light and will be extremely weak.

maybe like the CW show Savitar was also Barry Allen from the future, so maybe the reverse flash in the DCEU is Barry but with a traumatic history. Savitar was a Time remnant of Barry and after the battle against Savitar he was left abandoned so he decided to become Savitar himself, since he is not permanent but a time remnant he decided to kill the love of his life Iris west from the past so that the main Barry will suffer from the same trauma and become Savitar

Spoiler Alert : I think the villain could be a different version of Barry who might have turned evil. Hear me out. The future version of the Barry (the one with long hair in the trailer-his future version) who becomes the Flash without having his mother killed, is the one who's trying to stop the OG Barry who lost his mother, from restoring it? This makes sense, as this Barry (variant from the future) is willing to let the world die just to keep his mother alive and is stopping his alternate self (OG Barry). Maybe we will be shown a slight hint of Reverse Flash, as the OG Flash will have to stop him from killing Nora, but I don't think for restoring the timeline he would go so far as to kill his own mother. Maybe he would stop his own (OG) self who jumped back in time and let the Reverse Flash do what he wanted to do.

I think it is very clear. 👇👇👇 Reverse flash (Eobard Thawn) will kill Barry's mom. (This way they can introduce reverse flash in dcu) Barry will go in past to save his mom then timeline will be fucked up. Barry will realize all this shit is his mistake, he will go again in past and will try to stop Barry (other version who is trying save his mom). We will see conflict between both flash, 1 will try to save mom and 1 will try to fix timeline. That's All ( just my prediction nothing else)
