'Nerdy Prudes Must Die' is a new slasher-comedy musical from the creators of 'The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals' and 'Black Friday.'

And “StarKid The Return” to me implies that they’re gonna do multiple projects in 2023 as part of a larger event, kinda like how they did the Summer Seasons a couple times. I want this to be more like The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals in terms of its tone. Like I get Black Friday was meant to be more dark, and nightmare time is kinda like that too. But the name “nerdy prudes must die” and the accompanying trailer alone makes it seem like they’re going to hit hard on the comedy. Which was the entire reason I watched this series in the first place, if I wanted a bleak horror story with occasional jokes I’d watch American horror story. This is entirely opinion based, I know. If you like the dark cuthulu mythos they’ve got going on more power to ya. I just think that the black comedy in TGWDLM was what made this series stand out from stuff like The Haunting Hour or American Horror Story.

I think so, because Tinky would be really hard to utilize for a whole musical without things getting too complicated and I feel like Blinky has already been explored pretty well through Watcher World. Even after NT2, we know almost nothing about Nibblenenephim, and that means there's a lot of potential for Nerdy Prudes.

I doubt this is Pokey again, despite the blue veins, because of the red theme in this trailer and some of the lighting in other ones. I've yet to see it, waiting on the youtube release this friday, but I'd wager it's a different lord in black, probably Nibbly because he's got a red theme going on.
