I just finished filming the first two episodes of a series on the Atlas F missile silos. The videos will drop first to our members on KZbin. The videos will feature a tour of a renovated and unrenovated Launch Control Center and a top to bottom view of the silos.

So yeah..... we bought an LGM-25C Titan 2 missile silo. The site was on alert from 23 November 1963 - 20 June 1985. After decommissioning the Air Force and Army Corps of Engineers exploded the top of the Access Portal and Launch Silo in 1987. The Access Portal and Launch Control Center were opened again around 2012 but were reflooded and abandoned after a pump failure. Beginning in May 2019 we have begun the task of renovating the complex and bringing new life into it. Wont you join us in the Atomic Underground?

Still has the fence around the perimeter which is cool. Is that being restored or no?

when you get down to the sandblasting try Texas Blaster and use a re-usable Garnet Blast Media, for the best price search out an industrial scale distributor for the blast abrasive,, never use silica sand
