Taxes are very low in Alberta compared to Ontario. 5% only in Alberta but 13% in Ontario, rent and buying a house is cheaper in Alberta compared to Ontario almost 3 times less. There are lots of punjabis or Indian people in the south side of edmonton I am not sure about Calgary.
