the problem is they've gone in a direction where enemies are difficult turn 1, we need an event that starts off not that hard but the enemys have high hp or defense so the stacking characters can build up to a supposed extremely difficult fight at the end. its kinda impossible to do that now since there're so many characters that do so much damage turn 1 and nothings built around that concept anymore. I'd like a new and improved Legendary ____ event now that's balanced to allow these characters to really shine and it's possible even units like the 8th anni lrs could have time to stack and actually have use outside of their standby's

int goku black have chance to do multiple super, since he got crit you can hidden potention full dodge with AA, this vegeta need AA, crit, dodge

Even if there were super enemies to fight, his two chances to super are only 50% each, so it really amounts to a single super on average and when your unlucky you still get zero, and thats in theoretical end game fights that don't exist. Meanwhile, in every form and against every enemy this vegeta, from turn 1, has the potential to get a guarenteed additional super with enough orbs, and it gets easier as he transforms. He also actually has the potential to hit hard due to being a nuker, so his additional supers aren't just building more defense but contributing to the winning. He also, in addition to having a higher base defense, has a higher base atk stat as well. I concede that int goku black is better at critting from turn 4 till vegeta reaches his final form (he's also got that small attack and ki support post transformation), I just don't any of that makes him better then this vegeta and in fact I'd still rank this vegeta higher then him. But again, that's less praise for this vegeta and more just acknowledgement of just how bad that int goku black really is.
