I've said it before and I'll say it again, you seriously need a hotkey set up for `Repair`. Personally I use spacebar but the fact that it can be pressed instantly without diverting the mouse is a game changer! As for controlling Migs and Tanks separately, there is a way and this is how I do it. As soon as I build my 8 Migs I group them to 1. Then, if I need to attack with all my Tanks I don't select all units to attack a unit or building, what I do is select all units to go to that point on the map, then for the Migs I either direct them back to the Airstrip or to an enemy building. Then I go back to the point on the map where I instructed all units to go to and use the `Select Current Units On Screen` command to instruct Tanks to attack and Q move them. Now all your Tanks are moving to that position whilst you battle and you are getting reinforcements all the time. Obviously any Tanks produced after you've instructed all units to move to that position will not be moving but by the time your Migs have rearmed you just repeat the procedure. This way you can control your Air Units and Tanks separately and you don't have Migs or Heli flying around doing nothing! It takes a bit of practice but becomes second nature once you're used to it. p.s. The reason you should never instruct all to attack a unit or building and instead instruct all to move to that position is that once you instruct all to attack a unit or building when that is destroyed your units all stop moving and you have to then keep using the select all command and that controls your Air too so it's a bad idea. Get used to the select all to a point on the map command instead, you'll be 10 times a better player for it! 👍👍

Still dont understand (and it seems that Im not the only one :) ) how can a player of your level never use groups, especially for migs on that game, but also with tanks, when you are attacked from several sides, or even in any battle, it could be very useful. Anyway, your videos and their very good comments are still very entertaining to watch. Keep on going !

Worked out well to use the MIGs to cripple the other players economy with air power! Seems like most players don't react to counter it!

Yes most people do not defend well against migs because they are not used to other players using them. They are not cost effective in normal matches.

Great vid as always but I really think using numbered teams would help with the migs and putting teslas a bit closer to the bottle neck would help.

I put them in numbered teams for the last 4 minutes so I could switch between tanks and migs.

I am sort of doing quickmatch videos every fortnight on a Tuesday. I will be doing some tips videos at some point but I would like some more practice and video footage before i do them.

5 migs take out any one building, Zach. You would have done better with your 10 migs to select 5 onto one target then 5 onto another target.and double your building take downs. Very skilled at build out but your mig work needs improvement. also if the opponent has a lot of anitaircraft assets you can tell the migs to go around that if you send them to an empty destination then when they get there to have them target the buildings from there instead but i dont know that you have time for that in online play against live opponents

Tough match...why doesn't anyone ever create ait defences though when the other player has migs etc.

It's because players are not used to other players building migs on most maps. Its very uncommon.

The fact there is no shortcut for the migs is a little bit disturbing and has an impact on your efficiency. Very well driven anyway ! Not a fan of those migs, it kind of slows down the action compared to your tank rushes. Nice game !

Yeah that's because I rarely use mig's so I don't do the hotkeys for them as i do with common buildings.
