I still remember back then about 20 years ago on our LAN parties the 45:45 segmented run was out and every one went crazy. Then years later half-life in half an hour came out. Segmented run that took 6 (or 7?) years to complete. From that point on new things were discovered all the time and people started to go for single segment runs. Doing this without any scripts is amazing. The level of precision is incredible. Especially the consistent level of precision. Well done.

Great run it's been quite the journey, I started running the game just shortly after you got your first sub 27 (I think exactly a minute slower than this run ◡̈) it's been a great 3 years seeing the community grow, strats being developed, and mechanics refined to push the game to 25 minutes. ❤❤❤

Esse maluco passou em um piscar de olhos coisas que demorei horas, as vezes dias, até mesmo semanas para passar ou descobrir o que deveria ser feito. Lembro-me ficar sem jogar de tanta raiva por não saber o que fazer ou pra onde ir. Ele ignorou basicamente incontáveis caixas, caixas que me humilhei por míseras balas de pistola. Assim como ignorou os infinitos headcrabs que cacei ao longo de cada centímetros desse mapa, e nem os vi nesse vídeo. Vida e armadura que eram preciosas em diversos momentos só deixadas para trás. Monstros enormes, barulhentos e pixelados com enigmas obscuros escondidos em salas e mais salas com inimigos e armadilhas camufladas. Me teletransportou, através de uma vertigem ocasionada por sua rapidez e tremor no mouse e na tecla espasso, para minha adolescência e toda minha experiência imersiva nesse emblemáticos jogo. Sinto saudades do quieto gordon freeman contra o mundo e extraterrestres, rodeado por uma mística apocalíptica silenciosa e sombria. Esse speedrun é uma obra prima, parabéns pela habilidade e persistência em todos esses anos de maestria. Agora saia e vá tomar um sol nessa pele, pois faz bem a saúde.

there is a trigger that would usually kill you but by shooting the hornet in the right moment it basically tanks the damage for you and you can get in. Also works with snarks for example
