I don't know how but when I was a kid I replayed this mission over and over again to try and capture the GLA buildings before the dam floods the valley and by sheer luck I somehow managed to only do it once.

Just like in the first Allied Mission in Red Alert 2. No matter what you can't prevent the Statue of Liberty from getting destroyed.
