I doubt Logan was replaced by Havoc. Havoc was always the game's protagonist. Old concept art always referred to him as Havoc, Texture file for the model Logan uses is named Havoc, E3 game testers called him Nick 'Havoc' Parker even when he was using the model that later became Logan's. Here's what's likely happened The model Logan uses in the final game was the original Havoc model, when the game received an art update during development, Havoc had a new model created for him while the old was given to an entirely different character. This could also explain why the model Logan uses is relatively lowpoly and blocky
