Just one note about something you said while describing Panharmonican: Creatures entering the battlefield with +1/+1 counters is NOT a triggered abilit, it is a static ability. Remember that triggered abilities go on the stack, player's get priority, triggers resolve, however, state-based effects are checked anytime a player gets priority. Creatures with 0 toughness dying is a state-based effect. So, if a 0/0 creature entering the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter was actually a trigger, it would die due to the state-based effect before its trigger could resolve, so Panharmonican cannot double the number of counters on Maga.

This guy is one of my favorite commanders. I go for more of a graveyard grab-bag deck, letting Maga hit the graveyard so I can dodge the taxes. Retribution of the Ancients is a backbreaking control card that only really works for him, but man does it put in that work.

Panharmonicon doesn't work in adding more counters to Maga. It only works with the ETB trigger for loss of life. The first ability isn't technically a triggered ability.

Damnable pact is one of my favorite cards I'm glad to see it. It's so brutal to kill your opponent with a hand full of their best cards

Nice list. Panharmonican is a fantastic addition for Maga. I think it could use a Candelabra of Tawnos and possibly Liliana of the Dark Realms. What about Guardian Beast to help protect your artifacts from destruction?

I built this back in the shards alara block. I had to take it apart becuase it was to degenerate. I also ran leyline helm combo. Also rings of brightearth and deserted temple make infinite black mana with cabal coffers
