People often say that Collector booster packs are the lottery product. For this set, I think it's Set boosters. Set booster: 2-6 R/M out of a pool of 222 non-foil and 222 foil. 444 total eligible R/M. Collector booster: Always 5 R/M out of a pool of 87 non-foil, 257 foil, 170 etched, and 10 textured. 524 total eligible R/M. There's more to it than raw numbers, but hopefully my 'lottery' point is coming across.
