Yes, it’s true since the Nerf on the Colombo I had to do a commander rework Because I had it for the precise aiming And since I put survivalist on it, it’s way better To be honest, I won’t recommend it for ships that use precise, aiming because you hardly use it in battle compared survivalist If it’s a ship that has a rapid reload two or higher, I would recommend it Thanks for the video❤

18:29 I would still take it over the other two options. Since CV are supposed to stay away from the fight, and more repair would be kind of wasted when slightly stronger fighters can still support your team, even if the fighters are weak

For what it's worth, i pretty much never take preheating, i don't like skills that you can only use once at the beginning of the game. (DD main)

Does anyone know if the L10 Rapid Reload buff works on secondary overloads? I assume it doesn't, but just want to be sure before I pick the wrong skill.

Underwater protection should never be put on dds if you get hit by torps as a dd your going to be to low health for that to even help but if something takes steering out you want to get that back quick especially if you don’t have a dam con, also survivalist on dds vs daredevil is dumb you want to be able to dodge a shell that would take the health that survivalist gave you, survivalist gets less useful the less health you have, take the dog fight skill if you have fighters simple as that, for extinguisher and compartment maintenance on dds, I would just take adrenaline rush if you don’t have smoke and honor seeker unless you have rapid reload. And in case people couldn’t tell I am talking about dd builds here (mostly)

Yeah, DD builds are way different. The HP cooldown builds are really for BB’s. Works great especially on the big tanky BB’s

I'm new in WoWB and in the first time I got commanders to use and looked at the skills i just thoght: wtf are these pieces of sh*t? Tbh I see no use for basically 66% of these commanders skills (and yes I'm meaning that at every commander level there is just one useful skill, also sometimes all skills are crap in my opinion. They should do better skills)
