Happy The Cat Yeah, basically Archenemy. Bolas as the archenemy would probably be the best candidate, considering there's rarely only a single evil entity as the story's villain. The only other cases of that I could think of were maybe Oona for Shadowmoor/Llorwynn and, obviously, Yawgmoth, though he doesn't even have a card. Oona would also end up being pretty boring, considering it'll most likely end up as a combo mill deck that barely interacts with the others.

Zakading well, the big three universal "bad guys" I think of are Bolas vs the planes he has messed with(I'd like to see him against a deck from each of the shards). Phyrexia vs the Coalition/Mirrodin/everything that exists. lastly we have Eldrazi vs Zendikar and all pws involved in the conflict. outside of that we have a couple niche fights that have happened, like humans vs each of the gods or the separate factions of humans vs xenagos as he becomes a god from theros. the "good" guys who allied during the running of the maze vs the dimir who just tried to sabotage the runners and cheat the challenges of the maze(also it would have a cool interaction of maze's end with some of the steal from the peasants cards in archenemy). There are a lot of story fights they could do from all of magic in general, like the power of light in innistrad after the helvault cracked. you have the entire voyage of the weatherlight which has a bunch of cards that are flavor only and would be super cool put to work in a four man alliance to fight both new and old phyrexia.

Happy The Cat Yeah, I know there's overall a huge number of fights between good and evil groups like that, but the problem is packing those into an archenemy format where the AE himself still only gets to play a single general. You couldn't really do Eldrazi or New Phyrexia with that since every leader of them is their separate entity and all have a huge role for the group (not to mention that the Praetors hate each other and have internal conflicts). I'd love to get some representation of Yawgmoth in card form eventually. A commander set focused solely on characters from old stories that never were printed on cards would be great. They could obviously print Yawgmoth and Urza that way but also things like some Ravnican Paruns or one of the Steel Thanes from Phyrexia.

+Star City Games Hey, how about decks about special win conditions like Darksteel Reactor, Epic Struggle or Laboratory Maniac, but also Phage the Untouchable or Poison or so. Just every effect that says "you win" or "opponent loses" You lose points for beating an opponent due to damage, but you gain bonus points for winning with a "you win the game"-effect. Would really love to see this.

You guys really captivate what I think is the essence of Commander: playing long games, doing the political battles, laughing at each other's stuff (although wes always get picked on), and most importantly, HAVING FUN. Me and my friends were laughing and joking around but this would be a good commander game for fun. I would love to see an unhinged and unglued commander game, Gleemax could be considered a creature in the game, for the game. Run A LOT of mana rocks and mono color mana dorks if there are some in the two sets of course! You would have to have the Mox Lotus in order to cast your general for Gleemax. Four Commander decks made out of unhinged cards (Lands are exceptions) The other three would obviously be Johnny, Combo Player, Frankie Peanuts, and good ole Richard Garfield, Ph.D. This game would be fantastic and wonderful to watch and witness!!

I would love to see a "(I wish this would/I think this should) have been a legend" vid. Basically each player would get to choose any creature as there general with the idea being that either the creature feels like it should have been legendary but for whatever reason wizards decided it wasn't going to be one, or it provides a cool/unique function as a general that enhances the commander format. Upvote if you agree! Bonus points could go to the one who makes the best argument for their commander and it is decided by community vote.just an Idea

Here's an idea for a future battle: each of you guys would focus on one way to win a game in commander. Mill, Poison, Commander damage and just damage. So something like Phenax vs Skithiryx vs Uril vs Krenko or along those lines. Not sure if it would be doable, as the game could get pretty loopsided, but would be interesting to see, plus would be thematic.

+frankieh I honestly don't think that Stephen should've lost points, because if he didn't Maze of Ith'd the Rubblehulk, Wes would've died because they didn't know he didn't have trample, so he actually did save Wes. For Jon, it's pretty hard to take back the points because they just don't know what would've happened if he actually did read the card. The only thing to do at that point would be to ''Cancel'' the game and just do as if it never happened. But for Stephen, it really sucks that they take back his points 3 weeks later when, on the moment, hadn't he Maze of Ith's the creature, Wes would have died and would never had his points back.

Kinda sad to see that the Eldrazi deck didn't play out very well, due to lack of land drop :( Would've been cool to see a bunch of big bad-ass Eldrazi rampaging the battlefield, with all the synergy with the other cards in the deck. The Silent Arbiter with the Eldrazis would've been so sweet if Stephen had the time to abuse it. I don't know if we have to vote for the best deck design but if so my vote goes straight for this one. Props to Stephen for trying to play a deck with average CMC of 40.

Taking back Stephens points seems wrong. Whether or not it was a mistake, if the creature hadn't gotten mazed, Wes would have been dead according to everyone at the table, so he DID save him.

The copy token from Minion Reflector actually triggers itself and the original. So between the original entering and the token there is 3 instances of that triggered ability. So the Pyromancers would have shot 3 things and the Warcallers would have given a total of +6/+6 and so on.

At 1:30:13 when Wes attacked, Justin declared blockers, then Wes killed the creatures off. Wes shouldn't have killed Justin off because those creatures got blocked. Wes's creatures didn't have trample so his creatures get blocked no matter what. He should have discarded the lands first then swing. That would have killed him off.

I'm running half a dozen tutors and flickerform in my general tazri deck. XD Then I'm also running that one that draws a card for each ally you control, so that once I get tazri out, if I don't have flickerform I can dig for a tutor of flickerform, and then keep tutoring over and over, getting 2 ally tutors per turn with minion reflector and flickerform.
