I think it would be neat if you guys did an episode in which the decks were based on the 4 traditional RPG classes ( namely Fighter, Cleric, Rogue, and Wizard). They wouldn't necessarily have to be Tribal, but it would be neat to see this theme. If I had to pick who played what, it would be this: Justin - Cleric Stephen - Fighter Wes - Wizard Jeremy - Rogue I think this fits the group pretty well. Is this something Commander Versus Series is willing to try?

So outside of Steven "casting" lands it was a great match. #Jeremy I have to say that I have always been a fan of Genesis hydra. Super utility card and it also surprises me that it is under a dollar. #CommanderVSMats loved the theme. Shows that you can build fun decks for budget.

I would give Justin deathtouch. Stephen should either have firststrike or cost r/g (cmc 1) (for the first blood). Jeremy is just too op, I think it should be indestructible when untapped and hexproof when tapped. Wes seems fine I think.

I meant Wes' to pull shamans not druids😱😱😱he needs mul daya and Stephen could probably pull first blood with those decks that was part of the plan and I don't really know Jeremy that well since he's just always kinda hiding in the corner so I made that idea literal. The first thought was to give him shroud so he couldn't target himself but I figured he's not really in good enchantment colors and you get darksteel myr for (3) so I kinda just spitballed at what I figured would be okay. Playing unique veiwer created commanders, presuming you can find 4 balanced flavorful commanders that you'd all be happy building around (and having each other building around). You might have to mix and match from a few sets of suggestions . Could be really cool.

I loved this video as i do pretty much every one. My only lament was that Justin was relegated to playing his favorite tribe at such restriction. Obviously this isn't a real gripe as it was what made the video so fun to watch, but I would have loved to some crazy awesome synergy zombies that cost a(lot) bit more like Relentless Dead. I look forward to a game where he plays it again but at full power!

Wes, if you can change the target to a hexproof creature, the spell fizzles because: illegitimate target. Stephen still controls the spell, and cannot target the creature. Also minor thing... counters from Ordeal of Thassa go on the creature not the enchantment, irrelevant in this game I know, but for future references the aura tracks counters on the creature and adds them to the creature. So say, if you cast ordeal on a creature with 3 counters on it already, when you attack, you add 1 counter and sac ordeal immediately and the creature has 4 counters on it.

Well, seeing as Wes DID lay out the challenge, and I havn't seen the comments talk about it thus far, another #Wisemove that occured during this video, that they didn't catch, was that Advice from the Fae 's tricky wording fooled Wes, and the rest of the table. (1:01:30) Better wording would've been "If any player has more creatures than you, you only get one card instead" Jeremy and Justin both qualify, so while it was "not very good" at the time, it was even worse than he realized. Thankfully it didn't affect the game any, one chronicler power didn't save him.

Willbender doesn't change the owner of the spell. Meaning that the chronicler is not a valid target because it has hexproof and unquestioned authority is Stephen's spell. #WiseMove

I believe Stephen Green should have gotten 2 exalted triggers in the beginning of the game with Knight of Glory because he also had Akrasan Squire on the field which also has exalted. Am I wrong? So instead of Knight of Glory attacking for 3, he should've been attacking for 4.

could someone play Tomorrow, Azami's familiar? I've been asking for him almost every week since before you guys switched to seasons. It and Possessed Portal make a fun auto kill deck and having him out just makes draw effects way better. Brainstorm effectively becomes look at the top nine cards of your deck, put three into your hand and then the rest on the bottom, then put two back on top. He just makes everything better.
