The team in its years of failure have always had a cataclysmic flaw and it is the offensive line. I agree on the defense. They concentrated for 4 years on the defensive line and the rest of the defense is mundane and there is a lack of chemistry.

It’s called coaching…That Defense has talent on that side of the ball. Right now they are the worst in the league. Jack needs to be released of his duties like yesterday. His scheme is Terrible. I’ve been a die-hard fan of this team since 1972 (I was 7 years old when I picked them), but I’m putting my foot down right now! If Ron “Rowboat” Rivera and Jack “Down the River” Del Rio aren’t fired by the end of this season, I’m switching teams. I know a new owner is not going to want to make sweeping changes in his team in the beginning of his ownership, but Harris and company should have known exactly what they were getting when they bought the team. Considering the billions they paid, you’re not going to tell me they didn’t research the staff. Harris might not care whether they win or lose (he should care, obviously), but I’ll bet you the rest of the co-owners care, and I think they should demand results. This is absolutely ridiculous! Oh, and by the way, Joey Slye should be out the door as soon as they can find a filler. In my opinion, he wouldn’t even have to be good. Just someone to occupy the position until they can find someone who’s good. Slye is literally the worst kicker I’ve ever seen in the NFL.

The team has talent, its bad coaching. You drafted Forbes to generate turnovers, not shut down one side of the field. If that's what you wanted you would've drafted Gonzalez, its almost like Rivera and Del Rio have two different ideologies clashing all the time. Del Rio calls his defense like he has All-Pro caliber secondary play that can stick with NFL receivers when his front four can't get to the QB. Its inexcusable for him to still be employed the morning after. If Rivera sticks with Del Rio after that, any hope he had of Harris and Co. keeping him within the org in some capacity next year is gone. Loyalty has its limits, he let Turner torpedo three seasons on offense and now you finally have a QB and OC that can compete, don't let your DC nuke that chance as well.

And last night they got destroyed by a winless sorry team. IMO it is bad coaching and players who really don’t want to be on the team. Fire RR and JDR and promote Eric Bienemy to head coach and blow up the roster. Trade away the talent for draft capital. I’ve said that it would take several years to undo the Dan Snyder damage but it’s time to start some now.

Ron and Jack have been horrendous on gamedays for 4 years now. EB deserves more time, but so far he's put together the weakest offense in the NFL. No motion, no surprises, no tricks, no new-age wrinkles in this offense. It's just shotgun on ever single play and we never run it. 61 Designed Dropbacks 6 Designed Runs That is horrendous. I don't care that we were coming from behind. We are behind every game. You have to RUN IT. You have to design a run game.

In terms of how the defense was built 16:57 . 3 of your first round picks were inherited. Allen, Payne and Sweat. Davis, Young and Forbes were Ron's guys.. Its time to reset the defense and get rid of some guys.. The secondary stinks. People like Curl, I'm done with him, no Int's since his rookie year ( That's 2 plus years). Forrest, he's not a guy either. Fuller is fine. St.Juste, 20 games into his career no INTs Greg Stroman had a sack and an int. Our secondary this year has 2 int's and 1 sack as a whole.. The bears had 2 sacks for the season, they had 5 yesterday... I'm tired of waiting...
