Obviously because you don't know football. His o-line was bad last year they weren't giving him time to throw. His defense was really bad and giving up 40 something points a game. He would come into the game knowing he had to score at least 40 points with a terrible O-line that couldn't block. It's a team game. If his o-line was just average like it was the year before when he won the Heisman they would have probably won about 2 or 3 more games.

@@primeup6955 i believe Caleb is a franchise altering qb IF he learns to get the ball out quicker. 1 MAJOR factor why I grade Caleb higher than everyone is because he reads his progressions and has the ability to scan both sides of the field. His eyes are always looking downfield, scanning both sides, and processing the field. Out of all the 4 QBs, Penix is THE WORST at this. His eyes are almost fixed to 1 target. He cant see the whole field. And because of this huge flaw, he will never be an effective NFL QB. Same goes for Jayden and Drake.

Hey look, as a Commanders fan this whole offseason has been very interesting. I honestly had no idea how this would go, there was HUGE roomer talk and speculation, but after everything is said and done I will continue to be cautiously optimistic!! I am not expecting a worst to first thing, but I will hope that they can use this draft to pick some solid players, use that cap space to fill some of our glaring holes and just get us back to a competitive team!! EDIT ALSO: I pray...I mean literally on my hands and knees pray that they do NOT trade up with the Bears. Not ONCE in NFL history has that worked out in the long run. Take who we can get at #2. Kliff is an amazing playcaller. Ideal for an undersized QB like Caleb that can't play from the pocket and can't play in structure.

He definitely can pick you apart in the pocket if he's got a few seconds which he didn't have with that terrible O-line. And if he had a run game his play-action pass would be deadly.

Chicago needs to ask a kings ransom and sneak some extra picks and keep fields and scoop Harrison and some key position players Ain’t nobody want some kid with that big of an ego and asking for royalties in a team you haven’t even done anything Kids a clown! You don’t need a guy like that leading a NFL team at the most important position with that kind of attitude
