Wargaming just don’t listen,it was only a few months ago that they buffed up the carriers and then nerfed them,now this chkalov skipping nuclear bombs and shredding ships,it’s so frustrating

Dude those 9 shells were you got nothing in an accurate ship is bogus. When I first got NJ a shot like that on any ship would have gotten at least one cit and probably two. When the ship first came out that gneisenau would have been dead. At some point they nerfed the ship, you just don't get as many cits and the dispersion seems off or maybe the changed the pen values or something but the ship isn't the same. I know they SAY the don't shadow nerf but C'mon man! Commanders definitely matter, why do you think everybody wants AL Atago to come back and that's just one example there's alot more. Chkalov; just why? I won't touch that ship until they nerf it and they will, doesn't matter if its shadow or public nerfing but it's getting nerfed. Great video!

I'm loving ur testing thank u the people who have been playing this game any length of time SHOULD know commanders are a very big part of this game and those who say different are being stupid (in my opinion) why do wargaming make elevating to high levels so difficult iv been playing for around 4 years and whaled commanders in the beginning so alot of mine are at least 16/3 with most of the stand outs at leg 4 thanks for ur efforts they are appreciated Dave

Anyone who thinks commanders don't matter been smoking something...it definitely matters. My Kong ang King are maxed and I'll run him on Missouri sometimes. I've shot down 65 planes with that build but your accuracy really suffers with Kong so don't use him often. GG Soopa o7

IMO commanders do matter, especially level, BUT... You do not need Premium commanders. Your early matches in NJ prove money won't buy you skill. Use the right commander for you ship, and learn to play, and you will do better than at least 48-50% of the playerbase, even if they do have a premium commander/ship.

Commanders 100% matter, I run the bayard and Champagne a lot, in my bayard, I believe I have my speed on the ship with the speed boost around 48 knots and got accused of cheating by someone in a British DD because my ship was going “too fast” and because “there’s no commander skill that lets you increase your ships speed” and with the champagne I run jaujard who makes my shots like lasers, and yes I understand the champagne is already accurate, but he does this much better that AL Dunkerque. So yeah, they matter. And for Chkalov, also very broke right now, I’m not a great carrier player, but I can easily do 70-100k in that ship. It’s just too easy to get your strikes off and not take any loses during the strike, as minimal loses after the strike.

.hoshino and al nj and al Colorado is huge difference. No matter how good my aa build is even 8.2km on seven de provicion. Even with deff aa it only shoots 2 planes down after thr attack .ckalov planes don't get shot down. All other carrier are easy to shoot down. Commanders are very powerful in this game . Hoshino is a huge difference om American battleships .I can get my Montana down to 21 second reload with accuracy. Al mj can get my ohio almost 18k per shell

It would be nice to pick parameters for matches. I.E. Matches with carriers or not, that way you could go into matches setup for it. Rather then go in with full aa builds 5 matches in a row and never get a carrier. Then get a carrier after switching to some other setup. That being said carrier play is trash and boring af imo. actually sold the enterprise and saigon the other day.

Chikalov is broke! Went in with a div of all aa ships, spec'd into aa, still last 2 ships at the end were chikalovs both with krakens. Ridiculous. Agree with the commanders too, ive noticed you don't see a huge difference till you have them up to 12/3. That's when I notice an actual difference. I do notice tho that the stock commanders seem almost better than the pay to win ones on the tech tree. Not always, but they do seem to complement better, while the pay to wins are more niche

Yeah Wargaming won’t nerf Chkalov for a couple more months at least no matter how good your AA is a if a Chkalov wants you gone he will go for you
