Hard agree. I would love him in Washington but we’re a rebuilding team with tons of holes everywhere. I don’t want to give up the potential 2 first round picks or have him take a huge chunk out of our cap space. If Washington was a Myles garret from a Super Bowl I could maybe get on board, but we need a lot more than him to be a legitimate contender.

@ Washington is rebuilding though, getting lucky doesn’t change the fact. New owner, new head coach, new GM, they got a rookie qb. To call it not rebuilding is being pretty disingenuous. The defense will be pretty unrecognizable in 2 years, nearly half the team is also waiting to be resigned and I’d bet you only 25% of them guys are coming back. They won like 6 of their games in the last 2 minutes of play, they got lucky to get 12 wins because they do not play like a strong 12 win team plays, they easily could’ve been an 8 win team missing the playoffs🤷‍♀️. They had turnovers that got them through the playoffs until Philly put them back in their place. Until they’re back in the NFC game, they’re not even contenders to me. No one’s gonna look at this roster and see that. They’re gonna say they got lucky and had that one in a million chance season that they had with an average roster at best. I would hope other Washington fans don’t get greedy over this one fantastic season where they in short over achieved.
