I beat Judgement with Drifter in as little enough time as it requires to get gold, but the trial only shows the red check mark of completion. Do I have to complete the trial with all characters in the gold time limit, or is it just waiting for me to complete the trial with all of the characters regardless of time in order for it to show the gold crown?

I believe you need to complete judgment with all characters, then you will get your well-deserved judgment crown :) Im still working on this myself but ill let you know if its something else!
