I don't know about that my guy. I remember FightingGM bodying Arslan in a first to 10, and FightingGM hadn't been really competing. So can't give Ryan a pass there. Sounds like an excuse. If you're competing, then you better be going "all in" or don't even bother showing up. Knowing Hart, I'm sure he was practicing like a mother before this.
