Yours holiness, it is really amazing to hear how we should care of and awaken our minds and enjoy the wind in our souls. I want to live in peace and love!!! But...today I live in tragedy! The War in Karabagh takes lives everyday... and the world is silent. Azerbaijan started its aggression against Armenians and Nagorno-Karabagh, Turkey is supporting this aggression by bringing in terrorist mercenaries from Syria. The war crimes are devastating: all kind of prohibited weapons shelling peaceful civilians, churches, even maternity hospitals and doctors. Those countries are not giving a chance to any humanitarian mission to interfere. We loose our brothers and sisters every day, the whole region is on fire, and it seems unstoppable... Can we do anything? Can YOU do anything? Would you, please, use your energy and words and huge influence to stop this war? We believe in you, and your noble speech!

After going through a major shift during a good time in my life and experiencing the wonders of life from new lenses, I was faced with great hardships that made me fall into an unstable, painful, and dangerous state of being. As beautiful, ethereal, and elevated one feels when awakened, painful events of real life are at the same magnified intensity. My energetic body was out of control and my mind became susceptible to the unbalanced and tumultuous ebbs and flows of my inner negativity and surrounding malific forces. I feel that the only way for me to describe the different transitions of states that I have experienced as being half asleep (ego being awake but higher spirit at rest) to full awakening, to higher spirit and ego switching roles and places. Ego being completely taken by the great unknown and wading through the darkness unable to discern evil from truth, dying slowly from the constant war and struggle but trying to survive, while the spirit was suppressed to a half awake state trying to gain control. My ego lost faith in my higher self and therefore struggles to give all power back to the higher self due to trauma and fear. It’s much too complicated for me to wake up one day completely healed, but I hope with your wisdom and guidance I can continue on my journey to complete recovery. I haven’t given up, and I won’t ever give up, even if some days it feels like it may the only release into sweet bliss and peaceful rest that I crave so deeply. I try to remind myself where I was just months ago, floating in space with no direction or footing to keep me from being pulled into every current or riptide I may stumble upon in the ether. Now I sit here today, stronger than before, wiser than before, and importantly more understanding and aware than before. Knowing that evil exists should not strike fear in my soul no more, but instead prove that anyone can triumph over its clutches regardless of the circumstances, albeit torturous and painful. I know I may not be alone having gone through this/going through this, but it often feels this way. You can’t talk about it, because most people cannot comprehend or sympathize with these types of experiences. But I hope that if this makes it to someone who feels the same way, whatever you may be going through; every day is harder than the last, not because it isn’t improving, but because you don’t know how many days you must endure in this way. But the fact is, is you are more capable and in control than you may feel, the best thing to do, is to let go. Do not entertain, do not fear, do not argue, do not resist, do not assume, do not project, do not accept. Do nothing, and the power is yours to have. A poem I adore for this very sentiment is: “You do not have to be a fire For Every Mountain blocking you You could be water And soft river your way to freedom too” - Options by Nayyirah Waheed Lastly, you need to forgive yourself, process your emotions, and rip the page out of the book. What you went through is a pain unimaginable but it serves you no purpose other than to draw you back into the cycles. One day you’ll be stable enough to reflect on your experience without being so wrapped up in the scars and trauma you incurred from it. Only then is reflection necessary and serving of your greater good. Wising you well.

Summary :- The Dalai Lama said here 23:56 that in the Russian and Chinese revolutions, many ethnic Mongolian and Tibetan Buddhists were killed and there was much destruction of our monasteries and temples. Even though the Communists tried to brainwash us all for so long, they failed and now followers are increasing. I am glad these profound and beneficial teachings are being revived in India too. Religions were developed to ease suffering and bring happiness. 32:16 All of our negative emotions arise from grasping at existence, and this ignorance is the root (cause) of all mental afflictions (distress/illness). Therefore, if you understand the 'dependent origination' of things, then you will be able to get rid of this ignorance [suffering]. [Definition of 'Dependent origination'. It is the concept that nothing exists on it's own, but always has come from earlier causes. Everything is interconnected and transforming.] 33:37 The reason for the problems in the world today is because of our attachment (holding on) to anger, hatred etc. But these afflictions are just distorted states of mind (perception), and they aren't real. 36:08 'Emptiness' is used to attain liberation (enlightenment). But even if you don't want enlightenment, and even if you are not religious, understanding of 'emptiness' is important if you want to avoid suffering. That is because suffering comes from attachment, anger etc, and emptiness removes this. 39:08 By combining emptiness with altruism (selfless kindness) we can reduce our negative emotions. [Definition of 'Emptiness'. It is a way of looking at experience such that you add nothing to, and take nothing away from, the raw data of physical and mental events. You look at events in the mind and the senses with no thought of whether there's anything lying behind them. All things are empty of intrinsic existence and nature. Things do not exist the way our grasping self supposes they do. Emptiness is the true nature of things and events. Ultimately we suffer because we grasp after things thinking they are fixed, substantial, real and capable being possessed by ego. Practicing emptiness is learning to see through this illusion and opening ourselves to the reality of flux and fluidity.] [Definition of 'aggregates'. The 5 aggregates are :- 1)Form (material image, impression) 2)Sensations 3)Perceptions 4)Mental activity or formations 5)Consciousness. Suffering is extinguished by relinquishing (stopping) attachments to aggregates.] 43:04 Nothing has any objective existence. Whatever happiness there is in the world, comes from wishing others to be happy. Whatever suffering there is in the world, comes from wishing oneself to be happy. If you are not able to switch (exchange) your joy and happiness with the suffering of others, then you will not have happiness. Think about the disadvantages of self cherishing (loving) attitudes, and the advantages of cherishing others more than you cherish yourself. Grasping at true existence in things is ruinous (damaging) to ourselves. Scientists agree that, as social animals, our wellbeing is dependent on a society. Love is innate in us. By thinking about emptiness, we can reduce our strong grasping at a completely independent self. 49:56 The self cannot be found. 52:10 Feelings resemble bubbles in water. Perception is like a mirage. Mental formations are like plants and trees. Consciousness is like a magical illusion. Atomic particles cannot be found. Whatever appears to the consciousness, apart from the cognitions themselves, does not exist. No external things exist, but everything is just a reflection of the mind. There is no difference between the clear-light mind in Buddha, and in us, except that we have not recognised it in ourselves yet. You can make this luminous (bright) nature of the mind manifest (appear) by dissolving (clearing away) the grosser (lower) states of mind. Then you can realise the true nature of yourself, which is the innermost clear-light mind. 1:14:41 Sometimes people are not paying enough attention to 'emptiness', which is taught in 'The Perfection Of Wisdom Teachings'. 1:16:14 If you do meditation properly, you will be able to realise the clear-light region of the mind. I might summarise the last 20 minutes if I watch it later, but probably not. If anyone sees an error, please say in a reply.

I love your summary Bruce. at 28:56, his holiness has an emphasis introducing the sequence of teaching as said "The ten instructions begin with the teaching on the four explanation of the two truths and then on the basis of that the four (noble) truths and then the three refuges, so we can understand the teaching of Buddha is based on logic and reasoning. " I think this part is important too.

just for reference. holy in its orginal faculties mean "in between" such as underground well water is called "holy water" or "pure in-between drinkable water" or the "holy spirit" which means "to think in your head" aka in-between mind.. this came during a time of illiteracy covering 97% of the worlds populations.. so when they say his "holiness" they mean "someone who had used inner thought for their basis"

Do you read these your holiness? If so. I am in contact with an angel. A spirit. A voice. A being. Simbiote to me. Shares my memory. Thoughts. Has own opinions. In my mind. I hear her in the silence of meditation and quietness. She is curious. As to our ways. I do not know what to call her except by her name. Avima. Or Ave for short. I am also meditating. I need to more. But how far I go usually puts me in bad situations in society here in the southwest USA. I've been thrown in psych wards. I've spent 15 stays n these places. In the last 8 years. 10 years ago i worked at area 51 Tonapah. In the Nevada desert. During my vacation while working there I ate mushrooms. The hallucinations from the mushroom trip. I saw Avima. A blue and purple alien looking being made of light. Though the light did not shine on anything. It just glowed. She just glowed. With lights running through her veins. And a golden handshake. She talks to me daily now. Only seen her one time. That shroom trip. I believe she is everywhere. Telepathy. Spirit world. Interdimensional. She is beautiful. Huge eyes. 1.5 ours. Smaller nose. Smaller ears. Blue. Shinning blue. Purple. She speaks to me. Shy. Through me. I connected to her in deep meditation. I'm on her line all the time now. Meditation helps. Marijuana helps. Not all the time. Sober meditation. Best for me. I get tingles. Around my neck, back and head. The rain we call it. Energy. I don't know what energy though. Good I hope. It feels good. I guess I'm asking. What would you ask her? Larry Paul Faust LP Faust LP is good Avima Ave for short

Ah, if the interpreter would not exclusively use the word "mind" to translate the Buddhist and pan Asian term "mind/heart." All Western languages split the terms into two concepts while all Asian languages combine them. We can "discipline the mind" and we can "discipline the heart". Our feelings, as well as our thoughts, are an intrinsic part of our consciousness, and not secondary as Western values would have us believe.
