Hi very good explanation on the topic. I had a question regarding the formulae as in why its %change in net income and not % change in EBT. Whereas in the other formula below it is EBIT/EBT and not EBIT/net income. Please put some insight on this

Wonderful presentation, I however do not agree that a 1% increase in sales will result in EBIT increase by 6 times. Unless you meant something else. At 7 minute mark. Please review, would love your feedback on this.

Thx, look had sales increased by 1%, DOL being 6, EBIT would have increased by 6%, but in the question sales increased by 16.67%, so therefore ebit increased by 16.67x6 = 100%, i hope u understood now.
