When I tear off commercial I used to use nibblers but have recently started using a grinder to put a score line in the back bottom bend. After that you just bend it up and down and it breaks right off leaving a perfect piece of drip all the way across. Might not work in every scenario but we have found it effective in situations we run into.

You can take a roller out of k and make slant face gutter. Looks industrial and contemporary modern at the same time.
