Extremely Grateful to you Sir 🙏🙏🙏 Just one doubt.. You said that under the SUBSTITUTED Section 35, cost is mandatory... But sub-section (1) clearly says "discretion" and if you are referring to sub-section (2), then that's based on the general principle that cost shall follow the event (i.e. unsuccessful party shall pay the successful party), which is applicable to the main provision as well... The change is just that this is a more elaborate provision.. Please correct me if I am wrong...
