I have so many questions. When you're taking the accessory port of it looks like you're just heating the joint up and wiggling it free. Im used to using a manual solder pump for everything which gets tedious, especially when replacing encoders and pots. Do you have any tips for removing encoders on xpr 6 series radios? I often times end up destroying the pads and have to use jumpers. I'm new to this so any pointers are appreciated.

what if radio does not go thru self test on power up?, orange light briefly goes on then off. Radio does not power on. batterys are brand new
