Honest question, why not bleed the fish? Wouldn't you get a better price if you did?

We clean quickly and allow time for them to bleed out be for washing and icing .

Someone needs to show her how to clean fish fast otherwise if the boat gets into them they will really get behind on the guttin, gillin' and icin'

That's funny,she is a 6th get fisher.She was showing how to,during sockeye season it is common to get 600-700 a day.All clean and iced before the anchor drops! Thanks for watching.

@@island3darchery535 Her knife is dull--if it was sharp she wouldnt have to use that sawing motion to split the bellies... and really, cleaning out of one of those fish cleaning troughs? Those are 4 sports.fishermen-...cleaning goes so much faster on a flat surface.
