Yes but with experience it’s a process that is carried out without a camera. The camera is great for surveillance. I often refer to using a gutter vacuum you have SIX SENSES 1. You can hear the vacuum 2. You can feel airflow in your poles 3. You can feel the temperature of your poles 4. You can hear the airflow in the gutter 5. You can feel the tooling in the gutter if on leaves or not 6. The vacuum release gives you a audible indication if your tool end and gooseneck is clear. As well as allowing you to drop items to the ground.
