All restaurant operators give a little cringe when touching ice with bare hands and then putting it back in the bin....noooo, please!! Seriously though, thanks for the review. I wanted to ask how the unit has done these past 6 months?

I hear ya, I am not a restaurant though, no one else had access to this ice lol. I Sold this unit off as I don't really need anything this big. Don't know what the long term usage is like sorry.
