There are many shopping malls coming in Raj nagar extension, Ghaziabad.They all are very near to each other.So,will it be wise to invest in them? Some are going to be ready within a year & some are in Pre lauch state.

Sir I am purchasing a house which is constructed in rural survey land where land is not converted to NA . And the main thing is registration is not possible only thing Is we can take all documents from seller and 1 declaration from him and that declaration need be registered. I am confused should I purchase that house or not

Its possible Register Company with 5 Directors and this company is Holding a Properties in different location this property get Rental income, does this help us to save TAX Please assume: Rent income is around 40Lakh per year Primary income for Business is only rental income Do you have any suggestions to reduce the tax

Nahi galat dicigion hai agar aap loan leker land per house banoge toh us ghar ko banne mein time lagaga or emi apko apni jab se deni which is bad cash flow ye bussiness tab successful jab aap koi market rate se sasta house karide or usko sahi kra kar acha kare isme kam time lagaga or aap jaldi he apni emi apni rental income se barna suru kar dege this is right way to Generate passive income apna land bach do or vahi per koi old house sasta karid kar usea renovent kara do taki jyada fayda uta sako.👍

Yes u can, but u need to be intelligent. Why to rent to school when instead u can rent to a multi national corporation? For higher rent and stable monthly rental. If school's management will be bad in finance or if school will be flop then u will have to file case in local court to evict them, that will take 15-40years of your life hahahaha this is India. livemax55555@gmail.com

Lal Dora Land - Land in the extended boundary of a village which the government marks when it acquires land. Any Freehold Property - Property that is transferred without any encumbrances. It means absolute ownership.

First, go and contact an attorney. Then create a goal I mean a strategy for the success of the property. Now analyze it with the pros and cons of the property with legal and financial data. If it's profitable then contact a developer or develop by yourself. Contact a broker to sell the properties or find a renter for it. and then you good to go. And THE FUNDS...... You can team up, the bank can help you, find some funds, apply leasing, etc... Hope it helped.

Can anybody answer -- usska kya karogey -- if you give your retail shop on rent lets say 50k per month and once that retail tenant business pick up fast after couple of years and HE RUFUSE TO PAY the rent or vacate the property.. kisi baniye ho dukaan diya ho tho.. BUSINESS man in INDIA taxes nahi bhartey genuinely.. compare to professional working middle class in 9 to 5 job.. they scare about their records and police and enforcement people .. but wht you gonna do if goons or baniya change his mind once his business start flourishing how to get your unpaid rent and get your retails block vacant.. i think its big headache.. you might lose you property court ke chakar lagaooo its not criminal matter .. residential middle class professionals fear INDIAN law ,, m not sure about business class kirana dukaan, sweet mart, real estate agent, etc if you giving your block to such..
