Thank God for this video this is the same roof I have k joist spacing all of it except my area is 4000 square feet. I have to do own repairs for no company will do the repairs for it's 85 years old.

I just watched your video on how to replace a flat roof skylight where you used a liquid flashing - awesome! Question: with so many liquid flashing options available, eg. certainteed, Soprema, Turbo Poly etc., how do we know which one to select and do certain options shine for particular applications?

Yes, there are many options a P MMA is normally top-of-the-line. It definitely beats a single part liquid, but every job is very unique.

Use none reinforced material for youre pipes put on a little shoe first then wrap the pipe coming twenty mil on the youre shoe with youre wrap.. no patches looks a lot better
