just saved me thousands i am a disabled veteran of limited means looking for a commercial to residential to turn into a art studio with my residential attached, been looking at pubs, glad i saw this thanks for stopping me make a mistake. Looking for a large ground floor with gallery and studio space, possibly one as a classroom with living accommodation and wheelchair lift upstairs.
