Hey can you post a close-up of how it breaks their shells and sorts them?!

Hard to tell but it looks like it just slightly squeezes the shell, like he sets the squeeze pressure runs it through and it cracks the larger ones and separates meat in the grate and then he runs it through a second time and tightens the squeeze pressure to get the smaller ones.

When I was a kid, not only were pistachios unshelled, but they had horrible red dye so that your fingers turned red. What was the point of that?

When I was a kid I ate a giant bag of red pistachios in one sitting and my poop was blood red for a week. Scared the jesus out of me.
