It's literally treasure Island with slightly better graphics. The map and gameplay is identical.

Seems unfinished to me, lots of static enemies. Tiles are nice though

That's because it's a direct homage to The Willow Pattern Adventure/Treasure Island, and that's why it's designed this way.
