Bionic Commando Arcade conversion developed by Pacific Dataworks and published by Capcom in 1988 in the USA.
This version was only released in the US, thankfully. Compared to the great conversion released by GO! in the EU, this one looks like an early prototype. Poor scrolling, barely responsive controls and an annoying soundtrack that plays on all levels.
I did try to play on Expert but the time limit was just too tight on level 3. I couldn't get past the second robot after a few attempts so just dropped it to normal. I cant imagine there is another ending.

The European version by Software Creations looks much better and the music is excellent by Tim Follin.

The EU version of BIONIC COMMANDO seems much better 😺👍 than this US version 😹. I had this game for my Commodore 64 (tape) and Amiga 500. 😺👍🕹️

What did you expect from an arcade conversion? Most arcade games lasted 30 minutes or less, because they didn't want the average person to be able to play all day on one quarter.
