excuse me but the anwser for number 13 is 64 not 56 because how it looked you are supposed to multiply 8 by itself the same way you did for 7

No dear. You don't do that for equivalent fractions. You can make equivalent fractions by multiplying or dividing both top and bottom by the same amount. So the right answer is 56.
