Edit: If your SD is severe then please visit a doctor. Buy shikhakai, reetha and amla powder. Mix it with water and a little bit of coconut oil. Mix them to make a mask like consistency. And apply it on your scalp like hair color and leave it for 45mins. Wash it gently with your fingers. Rub your scalp slowly while washing it off this will help in scalp exfoliation. Wash it thoroughly with only water. No need for any shampoo. Apply a little bit of oil later or use whatever you use as usual on the scalp and hair.
