Hey doc , can you tell me as 17 year old boy is my skin care good . 1) having oily skin , enlarged pores on nose - cheeks , some acne marks on chest , pimples and millia on back, some marks on legs , dark elbows and knees. Pimple marks and millia on face . 2) Im using dermaco Niacinamide Facewash , 2% kojic acid serum , 1% hyloronic gel sunscreen, face scrub , Mama Earth tea tree shampoo and dermaco vitamin c bodywash. 2) 2 × face wash ( am pm) , 2× serum ( am pm) , apply gulab jal after facewash to minimise pores , 3 × face scrub per week , 3 × multani mitti to minimise pores and stop extra oil ( use after face scrub) then gulab jal , apply sunscreen 2 times a day when at home when outside 3 to 4 times a day . One more concern, when I had comedones, I started using tretinoin suggested by dermat, my skin became completely clear. But as soon as I left it, i again started getting it back, my dermat said you have to keep using for lifetime. But I don't want to keep using it. So can you just help me out that if I start using it again, and if my skin gets clear, when to stop it and how to stop it so that I don't get it back. When it goes ,it gives black spot on my skin. Which looks horrible. Recently, I went to a dermatologist with so much hope. He recommended new face wash, moisturizer, medicines etc etc. I followed his prescription also. But I'm getting new pimples everyday. Why? What should I do now. It's been 7 days to consult him. Hi Doctor Anchal, I started to use Ezanic 20% in morning and Adaplene at night. I’m last 4 days itself I can see it is working. However, I can see a film like deposit on face. I made a mistake of applying extra on the first day only on the area of concern and those are the spots where deposit like film is shining with crinkles. I can see dead skin layer basically and it comes off from certain areas but not coming from forehead. What should I do to remove it ?

And i have no reason to stop it if its giving not giving me any side effects. I used tretinoin when i was 20 _21. And at the moment I'm 24. And u also asked dr about fertility risk. But there are no major issues i guess. Because this time again before starting with tretinoin i have done lots of research about videos and side effects of tretinoin. But i have not seen major issues except 1 or 2 people's. Just not to use in pregnancy and before convincing. And lots of people's are using it from yrs. I also have comedonal issue so rather than having the face filled with cc i would use tretinoin. From now onwards i will using it for atleast 1.5 hrs straight. Just for information telling I'm using salicylic acid and azelic acid too. So salicylic acid in morning that's how my dermat prescribed be back in days and top it up with sunscreen. And it doesn't irritates me in morning too. And on alternate nights azelic acid and tretinoin.
