If you have problems, simply replace the battery, logic board, balance sensor and the wheels. Oh and don’t forget to check for loose wires 😂😂😂

My hoverboard doesn't beep before it dies and the Light is always green, it doesn't die fast but I can't tell when its gonna die

Strike Hoverboard The problem is with the sudden stop with the brakes for no reason and the battery charged and after the sudden stop if you try to turn it on, it does not work, but if you insert the charger socket for a few seconds and disconnect it, it works again without delay, but within minutes of work it stops completely again and also if you try to turn it on after stopping Surprisingly, after a few minutes, it works again without the need to insert the charger socket. There is an important note. When I lift it off the ground and try to turn it on, it works at full speed without stopping or problems, but when I drive it, it stops after a few minutes. Thank you

I just bought a new hoverboard.. But RT tyre makes cracking sound. But if u rotate it by hand then there is no noise. It not a grinding sound. Its cracking/ popping sort of sound.

My hoverboard is the 8 inch bluetooth speaker model. It won't turn off and once i have it on charge one light on the board is blinking yellow and it will not stop beeping. I can only get it to stop if i unplug the battery. Once i plug the battery back in it won't start beeping unless i attempt to charge it. The blinking red light on the motherboard blinks 9 times in sequence which from what I've heard it means the motherboard is fine. I can't even find anyone else with a yellow blinking light issue

I figured out my battery was bad but also when I make any connection to the green wire on the left side the wheel does not spin freely

So I recently bought a hover board from a friend, I don't know what brand it is, all I know it's the one with the "Mercedes" wheels, and I opened it up and saw that there was a wire not connected to anything, but when I ride the board it works fine like as if that wire doesn't effect the board at all , but I really just want to know where that wire goes, it's a black and red one from the mother board and they are pretty thin wires

The charger was stuck so I pulled it and the three things on the charger weren't on the charger and now I haven't used the Segway in a long time and sometimes when I turn it on it shakes and sometimes it doesn't even turn on

hello oscar, I would advise you to take a look at our recalibration video. if that does not work I would diagnose the issue as you needing one or two balance sensors replace. we would recommend you always use high quality parts on your device.

If you have a red flashing light on one side and it wont move and Recalibrate doesn't fix it... Check all plugs and wires are getting good connection (Especially the 5 wire sockets). If they are and it still don't move then it probly has a blown output fet on the side thats red. They're easy to change.. MAKE SURE BATTERY IS UNPLUGGED!! Measure the Mosfets, 6 on a heatsink per side(GDS)... Usually only 1 or 2 short... DMM to Diode, Neg on Center pin (Drain), Gate approx +1.5v, Source approx .5v. YST7575C crosses to RU6888R 68v 88a TO220

my board goes in only one direction whether i push the front of pads or the back of the pads. I have never seen this problem and have no idea where to start looking. Board moves same direction regardless of which way pad is pushed.

My board flipped/rolled when I hit a big bump and after that it won't turn back on for like 5 minutes or more. Now every time it slips out from my feet it does the same thing and shuts off and won't come back on for at minimum 5 minutes

if not you may need to let the battery drain

yes the quality of part was the issue. very rare you need to replace both sensors and logicboard

unplugged .. one of the yellow lights where you put your feet is flashing and it does not work if you try to use it

I’m having problems with mine, I took off the cover, and noticed it’s white stuff on the green part that has the wires connected

Hover1 matrix fresh out the box today charged it up fine all green was used for 10-15 mins then died now won't power on and when plugged into the charger the green light goes out
