Great video, I had exactly the same issue, front blower wasn't working, after watching your video went straight to the relay, opened him up and there it was, a crusty solder joint, went over it with new solder and all of the other large joins, stuck the relay back in and hey presto the blower is working again. Your a star, thanks very much for sharing your vid...👏👊

Yes, it is usually caused by a failed hazard relay.

Great video. I’m having the same problem with my rear blower motor. Any idea what relay goes to it? Checked fuses and they are good.

What blower motor are you talking about? The rear heat blower or the rear Ac blower? Did you test the blower directly?

@@willpoweredgarage969 Both actually but trying to diagnose the AC blower first. Zero voltage going to the motors. motor works with test wire. Rear ac solenoid also functions properly when rear ac is activated, just no power to blower motor. My first thought is relay or resistor pack. currently trying to locate those. THX!!

@@willpoweredgarage969 Trying to diagnose a heater issue, someone installed a bypass for some reason and struggling to find the main issue, heard it could be a damaged heater core but im hoping its something not as bad

I located my relay and pulled it out. How do I test it with a multimeter?

It's a duel relay inside that one module. Can activate the coils of each with 12v and check for continuity with a multi meter. With the contacts closed, you should have near zero ohms.

Ive got air blowing.... However there is not heat.... I do not know why... Heat in the back works but thats a separate system. I get AC... Just no hot air. Someone suggest I change the thermostat, however my hot and cold gauge works fine. Which leads me to believe that it's not a thermostat issue.... I'm really hoping its not the heater core....

Well, it's not the heater core. Unfortunately, what goes bad is the foam in the air box itself. When it fails, it comes out of the air vents. And with no foam in there, the heater core is bypassed, so you get Luke warm air at best. Need to remove the dash, take the heater box out, and replace the foam on the blend doors.
