when its wet i sometimes drop the ball in the kicking motion is there a way to fix that?

Hi, I follow u guys on insta aswell and came across this video, was just wondering cause when I kick and video myself I tend to drop the ball to high cause it feels like the ball will slip outta my hands if I Lower it and when I do lower it the ball would slip out on a bad angle or I make contact to low and stub my toe in the grass

When kicking the footy I see some players hold it horizontally then flick it down or people just hold it upright then guide it that way what’s better

Both can work, we prefer the horizontal one. It is an advanced technique
