Common Loon sighting at Rockaway Beach

Common Loon! My best lifer of the year! Common Loons were always a Waterbird I sought after but I had to wait a whole while for the Wintering to start so I can spot them in the ocean off the coast of the Rockaway Beach. They stay a lot closer than I thought, so hopefully when the sun is more out next time I go I'll get a better look at the Loons.
