As always excellent tips. I would appreciate it if you could make a video about optimal TSB(Form) and ATL(Fatigue) to improve fitness more efficiently. I have been scoring steady >80 fatigue levels and I end up sick without much improvement in my fitness. I am still trying to find my optimal load. Thanks, David
