Castrol Magnatec 10w-40 or Castrol Power 1 10w-40 is a better than Motul. For vibration i changed the suspension bearing to Nylon bushes from lathe, vibration has reduced by 95%. I asked the lathe to precisely cut the nylon bushes and kept the center pipe the same old one. If you want then you may go for new set of suspension bearing from Yamaha and instead of using the kit bearing ask the lathe for nylon bushes with new center pipe measurements.

I lived in hilly area in Uttarakhand and have installed those PS custom 1.5 inch fork risers as well as handlebar risers, i also ride very fast and done lots of cornering it doesn’t effect handling. done 2-3 long rides as well. FZ25 have best handling.

Welcome back ❤️❤️ Wish i saw this video before i changed the front tyre to 110 70 R17. It's affecting the turning a little bit. Bike feels like it's skidding while turning. Can you suggest if there's anything i can do to sort this out( other than changing the tyres) I used the 20W heavy on my bike, must say the front end feel is extremely hard. My palms hurt from riding long in the city traffic. Going back to 10W this time

Go back then to 10w then see how its performing on the turns. Check if your tyre is overinflated

I'm using motul 7100 20W50 in my FZ25 now it runs smoothly and didn't get any false neutral or shift issue, I've tried liqui moly 20W forks oil, performance was good but didn't last long enough so changed back to Yamaha fork oil. Brake pad I'll recommend to use original i know they cost a lot but it's worth it. I've tried nikavi The experience was not good, cause they last longer but the braking feedback is very poor rear tyre skids and i crashed my FZ25 one time due to this so stick to Original ones. I've some questions for you: 1) What do you think about Luvia modification on FZ25 Like Handlebar riser, bash plate? 2) Do you ever felt need of Auxiliary lights ? If so please then which will you recommend? How about maddogg. 3) I've rode bike @37K but never adjusted tappets during this period? Will there be any problem with this? I've read many Articles regarding this ( which mentions best leave them untouched). 4) Common question about Exhaust pipe rusting Great information as always. Thanks

Luvia make great products you can go for it. Yes aux lights are needed but they put load on system which can burn coil (incidents happened) will make video on this. Maddog are good my friend installed it. I know what article says about tappets but on this it gets out every 5k. If you leave untouched nothing will happen just that if they are not accurate then you will not get the performance you can get. Rust pipe needs to be paint with heat resistant paint

Lekin ab Mai usko change karke NGK iridium spark plug lagana chahta hoon. Kaunsa model laga sakta hoon yeh thora help kariye na.. plz🙏 Kyun ki FZ-25 ke liye NGK iridium spark plug ka kaunsa model select karna hoga, yeh samajh nhi aa raha.

Have noticed any issues of oil level drop with Motul 7100? My friend has a Duke 250 BS6 and he uses Motul 7100. He has to top up engine oil every 1500 - 1800 km.

No level will not drop unless engine eats up

8:04 Bro my rear disc got little damaged because of using nikavi brake pads but breaks are working perfectly,I will be doing a 1200km ride to sikkim from Guwahati in December so do you think I should change the Rear disc or go with the existing one?

Depends on how much it has wear out. For light to medium you can go for it. For heavy wear change it. Thickness is written on the disc plate.

Vo kya kehna cha rahe hai lock band ho gya ye unhi ko puchna padega. Normally loose chain, dry chain, worn front sprocket k wajah se sound aati hai

Had taken delivery of BS6 fz 25 last month and after 5 days it showed oil leakage from cylinder head and solved at the time of 1st service. Today i found oil leakage from starter motor ... Totally disappointed with this bike.. ☹️ again need to visit service centre.

Fortunately I didn't face any such issues. I think your bike maybe manufacturing defect. You can definitely claim warranty for this issue.

Hello Bro, from the exact location as yours. Have you tried Castrol Power Ultimate 1, 10W 40, I have a R15v3, and trust me it is worth it. Give it a try and you will love it.

Motul 10w50 is more better that Castrol power 1. After I changed from Castrol to motul the vibrations become lesser when riding in 5k-6k rpms

Great to see your videos again! I recently attempted to change the rear brake pads. When pushing back the pistons, some oil leaked from the master cylinder. Do i need to overhaul the rear brake system? From my experience with multiple FZs, 10w50 makes the bike noticeably smoother especially in hot weather and highway riding. Specifically Motul 7100 10w50. Front brake pads from P220 are very good. Only problem is that braking noise increases. For rear I've been using Nikavi from last 15000kms. Not faced any issues, except that it lasts less as i tend to rest my foot on the pedal. Also for fork oil, I used 10w oil but added 50ml oil extra (500ml total for each side). Have been running for 20000kms with no issues. The stiffness is now perfect. Also for vibration reduction, slopegatri from Xbhp used MT15's handlebar with excellent results. It has better bar ends to damp vibrations.
