Also do not ride the motorcycle on high gear at low speed so that the rpm remains low,this will cause lugging of the engine which is also not good .Keep varying the gears constantly below 4k rpm without the engine knocking.Do not ride continuously at a fixed rpm even if its below 4k rpm and on a fixed gear keep changing gears and ur rpm till 4k rpm

Hello Gurpal Ji mere pass fazer25 250 hai and mujhe usme engine se ek irritating sound ka issue aa rha tha maine use service center me dikhaya but unse wo issue resolve nahi hua meri bike last 6 month se service center me hi hai mujhe kya karna chahiye

Hi , can you please suggest if the drain bolt get slip,than what one should do. It doesn't matter if it is serviced by authorized service center or local service center,the mistake may happen. Can we use anabond gasket maker at drain bolt and than perform slight tight.need your suggestions in this.

Bhai its hard to get thread damaged of drain bolt as size is large enough. It comes with own oil rubber ring. So either replace bolt or both together. In my experience these temporary fixes leads to oil leaks when engine is heated up.

@@Sam-to1zg hi thanks for suggestion, but fz25 don't have rubber washer ,it comes with either aluminum or copper washer. Also it's not bolt which is damaged but the drain hole. The authorized center upsize the drain hole to fit bigger bolt. I am thinking to use anabond with washer to avoid the scenario of overtight otherwise I need to change the crankcase atlast which is a big hit to my budget for small mistake.

@lifeofpal , please reply, I rode my new fzs25 from jaipur to. Kota at 4000 rpm with only two breaks.. first in tonk after 2- 2.5 hrs that too only for 15 minutes.. and next break after 2 hrs again ( same 4000) rpm... Will it damage my engine... ?? I have bought this bike after watching ur videos and Riding soul RV's video....

1. Valve Clearance 2. Check if Timing is out of TDC range. TDC range is between mark I and II , for Yamaha, If you see out of range then change Timing chain. You may get black smoke if timing is not right. 3. Throttle body cleaning. 4. Get shocker seals replaced in pair if you see oil on steel tube. This is according to my experience.
