Like PNB sounds better than CBI. But ise interview me kaise justify krein??Aur aaj mujhe yaad bhi nhi ki kya preference bhra h maine. If your top two preferences are good banks which are making good profits, then you can mention that you were inclined towards these banks overall performance and hence put them as your preference. Or you can tell that you have some friends who are already working in certain banks and based on their experience and your own analysis you selected these banks. If your top three banks are good performing banks in terms of business and profit then you can easily justify it with the help of quarter results of the banks. But please don't worry about these things too much for now. This is a rare question so yes prepare any decent answer like those that I mentioned and you will do fine. Focus more on banking awareness, personality based questions, your graduation related questions and some important current affairs. I hope it helps. Keep supporting and do share 😊 🙏

Thanks for commenting 😊🙏. As for your query, I would say it's not a big issue so please stop worrying and get stressed about it. It's just a minor issue which will be resolved easily by a declaration or an affidavit during the joining process and that too if needed and not mandatorily. And since you have all the documents, identification as well as others which mention Alwar as the district then you can say Alwar. But if you feel like changing the course of the interview you can mention Khairthal in your introduction but please if you are doing so be prepared for all the questions that can come after it regarding both of the districts and why more districts were created, how the government decides this, etc. So it's your choice personally to mention either of the districts in your interview as this will not affect anything else. If you want a normal interview you can say Alwar also but if any of the panelists know about the new district they may ask you that question themselves. So prepare about the process and both the districts and frame an answer according to your gut, because it is never wrong. 😄 You can share the answer with me on telegram or mail. I am happy that you share your queries and give me the opportunity to help you in any way. Thank you. Coming to your question, I say in my videos frequently that you should be honest. You know the panelists are also humans right so you tell me if I offer you a better job with good work-life balance, same job security and higher pay will you not leave your current job ? I think you will, because I definitely will. So why be ashamed of telling this honestly. The problem comes when they ask why we should select you and spend so much money on you, right ?? You should explain, any person who stops thinking about growth in life, will not be beneficial for any company. The person whose main motto is to grow and achieve heights of success is the one who brings the profit and success to the organisation. And for switching jobs, I will not consider higher pay as a primary criteria, i will switch if the job conditions, security, work life balance and everything else is better. Try to frame an answer with the above said things. Make sure it gets on with a humble tone and not with an arrogant one. I hope it helps. Keep supporting and do share 😊🙏
