I hope you clear the exam. But I always say in my videos these are model answers, use them with your own ideas. I told you about the transfer thing so that you can understand how being adaptable is good for you. This was not to tell the interviewers. I think I am adaptable in nature which makes me a good candidate for the bank as I can adjust anywhere even with minimum resources and still stay highly efficient for the organisation. This is one way of representation. You should never say things regarding transfers and postings directly. Still thanks a lot for sharing your experience. Yes sir when you will search CRR on Google it will show 4.5% still but please go through the Monetory policy committee meeting summary report once there you will find the CRR to be 4%. Clerks are generally the entry level workmen in the banks while the officers have the authorisation/verification powers. They have the power to make or take decisions regarding the daily work while clerks cannot officially. The difference is visible when you are on the other side ( staff side ) of the table and not on the customer side. I hope it clears your doubt. Keep supporting and do share 😊🙏

Suggestion from my side will be at least try to prepare a few answers in English like Introduction, about family, hobby etc.. After preparing, If you feel comfortable then you can use them in Interview and if not then Hindi is also good. Don't worry this much about the language. Use the language you are comfortable in.
